Drop-in, no registration required

Program provides a casual space for seniors to gather and socialize with an emphasis on low-income seniors who are vulnerable, potentially isolated or are living in at-risk conditions. Also offers a light breakfast and lunch daily, as well as, TV, movies, newspapers, books, games and a free weekly chair exercise program. Provides referrals to internal services at St. Matthew’s House or external organizations or agencies that provide financial assistance, legal aid, housing, medical treatment and other services. Outreach workers provide friendly visiting to seniors at home for health and safety checks, and assist seniors in crisis situations.
